Good question. I have often wondered why some people that are atheists get so offended by the mention of God and go around suing local governments, schools etc. to remove any mention of God from our life. They should just respectfully agree to disagree and let it go. And the people that wrote the Bible did it under the inspiration of God.

Being a christian myself, I believe that we should all have some understand for everyone and not force any belief or lack of belief on anyone. This is not the way to bring each other together. Picking on people who believe or don't believe, never solves anything. What you pick to believe or not to believe is your own personal choice and we should just be happy that we have the freedom to make these choices and not put people down. I hate to be so 70's but can't we give peace a chance?! ha ha. Whatever you believe or not believe as long as it is not hurting other people, why can't we accept that?

I think that religion is harmful, so I have a reason to get bent out of shape by people who take that nonsense literally, especially since they are now in power in the US and making bad laws based on it.

People who try to claim we are trying to cram our Christian beliefs down their throats, are actually the ones trying to cram their anti-Christian beliefs down our throats.
