Church should lead our personal life and the relationship as individual with the others in respecting the state laws.

State should put in place environment (law) for everybody to leave together whatever your religion.

But we can see at times in Europe with religion wars or even recently with the split of India and Pakistan that religions are so incompatible that lead to the split of nation. Indirectly religion leads state in this case.

It is supposed to be the separation of church and state. Religion is not supposed to interfere in governing a nation. That is why you will hear of disputes, coming soon, about Christmas displays in government or school areas, this is when the separation is taken to the extreme, because is omething like that really harming anyone, or taking away their religious rights? The problem is much more severe in Islamic countries, where Islam is actually part of the law. Women are stoned to death for adultery, people are jailed for not praying properly. It is odd that when Islam gets more and more extreme, people turn around and compare it to Christianity. There have been many terrorists acts commited in the name of Christianity in the past 100 years, but nothing as extreme as Islam acts of terror. I would say the Muslims commit an act of terror on average about every week. Finally, my theory is that these terrorists want power for themselves, they just use religion as a means to get it.
