No on the contrary it is the most normal thing ever. I have been married for 9 Years and I need my husband everyday and any minute. I'm not going to lie sometimes I don't want to even see him but most of the time I can get enough of him. Just try not to get obsessive with him everything is normal until U become a police that needs to know every move of the other.Keep it cool remember that this person will respond to U same way U act with him. Good luck.

It depends on where the relationship is at. In a serious one, no. In fact it is health to need the other person. Both people should feel needed.
In the opening stages of a relationship, needing someone too much...may be detrimental.

It is unhealthy to the extent that you should never have to fully depend on ONE person to bring you happiness! What will the end result be if he/she dies? Then your whole world will come tumbling down!!!! Besides, when we're young feelings change so quickly... ups and downs with our emotions happen so often, dont take the chance of getting heartbroken because of being naive and relying too much on one person for all of your emotional needs.

Each person has wants and needs in a relationship. One partner usually provides or caters to the wants and needs of the other. When either of the two believe or start to feel that his or her needs or wants are not being met, there is little for the relationship to continue upon. Therefore, you have certain needs that need meeting, and its not unnatural for you to need that from your life partner. Providing you both get a satisfying degree of your needs met.

Sure it is. The truth is, no one needs a partner for survival anymore — this is 2006, not 1956. If you feel like you can't live without the person you're seeing, you need more to live for.

In my case I say yes cause I get very disappointed from time to time. I think there should be a limit to needing them cause I 'm sure I 'm way over the limit.
