A lion Bar is where Lion's go to unwind.., and a Picnic Bar is where the Lion's go for lunch.
Never take a drunk Lion with you to the Picnic Bar and never ever let him drive. They get really stupid. Okay, so this answer isn't the most intelligent .., but if you cracked a grin.., it was worth it.

a picnic bar has raisins or something like that in there. Where as a lion bar is mainly chocolate and nut I think. Also the wrappaer :)

Completely different bar. the Picnic has far more ingredients such as the raisin and the nut whereas the Lion is basically a rice crispie cake covered in chocolate.

the picnics got fruit in an is a lot thinner then the lion bar.

I think the lion bar is bound with soft toffee. The taste is different so is the texture. Prefer a Mars bar meself! Yum.
