I spend an hour in the gym in the morning 15 minute warm up on the treadmil then 45 on the Elliptical cross trainer then my last 15 again on the treadmil.
I try to come back in the late afternoon to repeat that routine.
I am drinking more water if I do drink soda it's ginger-ale and sometimes I drink Ocean Spray Cran-Grape Juice. I eat salads with grilled chicken or steak and salad as dinners they vary depending on what I ate for lunch.
I also eat tuna w/ no salted crakers as for lunch.
Any extra tips or advice?
