I spend an hour in the gym in the morning 15 minute warm up on the treadmil then 45 on the Elliptical cross trainer then my last 15 again on the treadmil.

I try to come back in the late afternoon to repeat that routine.

I am drinking more water if I do drink soda it's ginger-ale and sometimes I drink Ocean Spray Cran-Grape Juice. I eat salads with grilled chicken or steak and salad as dinners they vary depending on what I ate for lunch.

I also eat tuna w/ no salted crakers as for lunch.

Any extra tips or advice?

I think what you did is the best way to lose weight. Trust me all diets are fad and are about the same story. The important thing is to count the calories you eat everyday. Maybe you should consider 1300 calories a day. You must be fine then. Good luck!

Stick to one piece of cardio equipment for your entire routine. Switching from one to another messes around with your metabolism and won't be as effective.
