It could be an infection. If you've had a fever you need to see a dentist. It could also be TMJ. I'd start with the dentist evaluation first to see if you have an infection or an impacted wisdom tooth.

i had that a few years ago and i got it cheked out ... it turned out to be an inner ear infection... took antibiotics for it n it went away ...
u have to take this seriously .. considering that this area is close to the thyriod gland... my friend had to go into surgery to get a LUMP removed ...

this sounds like sinutitis, i had it last week, i went to the doctor and he gave me antibiotics and a steroid nose drops. look after it, it could be very painful if it gets worse.

go and chek-up to the doctor about your problems i hope you could batter soon. Then try to have treatmen therapy abou your pain.

maybe its an infection you should get antibiotics from your doctor that should clear it up. if thats the problem that is.
