there is an INCREDIBLE shampoo-called MEDIDAN. Yes, Medidan. For about your first three shampoos, use it twice, and let the second shampoo sit there, while you shower, then go back and rinse (3-5 minutes).

Do that for the first three shampoos, in a row, THEN cut back on that shampoo and use it twice a week, then once a week, then only when you need it.

YOU WILL BE AMAZED! I PROMISE!

You never, ever SCRUB anything you wash----------
your face, your hair, your skin, NOTHING!

Use your fingertips, and you MASSAGE things in.
Use your fingertips on your scalp,....NEVER YOUR NAILS!!!

Dandruff is sometimes mistaken, when people see just little flakes. Dandruff is oily and waxy and sticks to the scalp, and can be spread by people using the same brush.

FLAKES come from using your fingernails, instead of your fingertips. You ALSO, NEVER scrub your hair with your towel.
You will tear your hair OUT and cause frizzies, and fluffy hair (hair that is TOO fluffy).
Use your fingertips--inside your towel---to dry your SCALP, and NOT your hair. You just stop the water from dripping-from your scalp. You'll be amazed at how much dryer your hair is, and your hair isn't torn up.
Then, you SQUEEZE your hair only, NO SCRUBBING,,...
EVER AGAIN!! GOT IT??

It will start laying down, and being more manageable, and shinier.

The Lord loves you!

Check out the yeast link at www.hufa.org. According to my reading, yeast can be responsible for dandruff, eczema, psoriasis, ringworm, athletes' feet and other skin conditions.
