Certainly the adrenaline rush can cause some havoc afterwards, but you learn how to handle it

When stimulated like this, your sympathetic nervous system is in full action. That's the part of you that 10,000 years ago would have activated in a fight or flight situation, like running from a predator. It's probably not the best response today, but it happens.

Activation of the sympathetic nervous system causes increased heart rate, a release of all kinds of hormones to make you more alert, etc. This is also why many people get nervous before public speaking.

Afterwards, your parasympathetic nervous system activates and you go into a "resting" state. This is why you feel tired.

For more information, look up sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systme.

It is all normal. You see, when we have some preassure in our lives, when something needs to be done, usually we use a lot of strenght and we stay focused untill its done. But soon after when we start relaxing, we feel how much of the mental stress affected our physcal strenght too.....so usually we feel tired after things like that

No doubt it is strenuous, but the fatigue vanishes soon on seeing the reaction of a happy audience, try it.
