The pull out method is really inefectual as a form of birth control because there is always that pre ejaculation with sperm and if it is in the vaginal tract sure enough if an egg is waiting a spermatozoe will find it.. Anytime someone has unprotected sex they are running the risk of pregnancy and/or worse...STDS and spread of HIV. She could very well have an STD...She needs to see a doctor.

The pull out method isn`t a guaranteed to prevent pregnancy for a start,as pre-come can some times be the only way to tell when to pull out,and it only takes a little amount to fall pregnant.
Depending on how often or how used to having sex she is,depends on the reason she has blood spots,as it is a form of abuse on the inner walls of the vagina, the clear liquid how ever could just be her own lubricant to having sex.

I would tell her to get educated about sex before she tries it again. She also needs to know that the pull and pray method doesn't work. I know because I have an 8 yr. old that came to this world using that method. If she is active then she needs to go to a doctor, get tested for std's and also get on some birth control. Talk to your mom also and if she isn't around go to your dad. Parents don't need to be kept in the dark about such things.

He may have bruised her vaginal wall. It does happen. Especially during rough sex or if he's kinda big and she's kinda small. It's probably not much to worry about.
