Certainly the cost, but what caliber of life will you have?

What good does it do to live until you are 116, if the last 20 years are a hazy blur, confined to a wheelchair?

By living longer I guess you mean like really long like 35 or something. Well, all the most of the fun you have is gonna be by the time you are 27, so that's the bad part.

Pros: You can see your children and grandchildren. You’ll gain much more knowledge and see the path humanity takes.

Cons: Your wife/husband will probably die so it would be a very lonely existence. Being elderly is also a let down.

pro's: get pension credits for longer
you get to annoy your relatives waiting for their inheritance
get more time to spend retiring because you were sacked at 55 for being incompetent.

cons: spend long hours on the loo due to constipation
have so many pills you rattle when you walk
get shunned because you try to dress like a twenty year old

You experience and learn more. I suppose if everybody lived longer, there could be over-crowding.

Pros...sharing your experience with others, watching your grandchildren grow, enjoying retirement.

Cons..declining health, watching those your age die.
