!st of I don't know what you mean by 'goa'. But I would ask 2 questions, perhaps 3 or 4. Are you over 18? If not or even if so, have you talked to your parents of family to see if tatooing may be against your family's religion, it is against Christian beliefs -- in case you are Christian you should be aware of that. It may also be against Islamic laws -- I don't know.
Also, do you know it is permanent, expensive to do, and extremely expensive to remove if one day you might be embarrassed by it or you might change religion in later life (it happens), plus it is VERY PAINFUL to do. And if you're DIABETIC I would say don't !!! As DIABETES causes hard to heal and terrible, life threatening infection can occur!!!
If you can answer all these questions honestly to yourself, then it is up to you to get a tatoo. Just remember a great deal of proper society looks down on denigration of the body.
