Jesus will descend from the sky with lots of noise and everyone will be able to see Him. This will follow certain prophecies being fulfilled, which can be found in The Revelation.

That is a good question. The disciples asked the same thing. Jesus gave an extensive composite sign by which his followers could recognize his presence. It is found at Matthew 24:1-44, Mark 13:1-33 and Luke 21:1-36. Additional information is provided by other inspired Bible writers at 2 Timothy 3:1-5, 2 Peter 2:3-7 and Revelation 6:1-8.

When Jesus returns, every one will know its him, whether you believed in him or if you never did. Is it difficult for you to distinguish between the Creator and the creature? Is it hard for you to separate light from darkness? Can you differentiate between Good and Evil. Like the lightning striking from the East and appears from the the West so shall the coming of Christ be. Only fools, idiots and unbelievers would take the Antichrist to be the Christ that shall come at the end of time. The coming of Christ will shine not just from outside and be seen from inside, but your whole spirit will be filled with His shine and his untold joy and splendor. The kingdom of Christ is within you; you cannot stumble when he is back to claim you as His own.

The Bible tells us that anti-christ will likely come before the true Christ, so this is a very practical matter.
The one unmistakeable sign of the return of the true Christ will be the resurrection of the dead, and the transformation of the bodies of all those who ever lived, into new, eternal bodies.
Every other "sign" can easily be faked by a false Christ except for this one.
So, if there's a new guy in town, sitting in a church, and/or performing miracles in your sight, and claiming to be God ... pinch yourself ... really, really hard.
If it's truly Jesus, it won't hurt, and judgment is near at hand.
If it hurts, you're being deceived by the false christ. Don't bite!

It won't be difficult at all. He will return with all of the Holy and elect angels in clouds of glory and all of those who believe in Him will be gathered together by the angels and caught up in the air to be with Him.
Matthew 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth shall mourn, and they shall see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

during Jesus' tenure on earth, he said over and over
the Kingdom of god is within
or the kingdom of god is at hand
he was a person who lived in "the now"
to say he will come again is misleading, what did come was an awareness of a kingdom of god or spiritual awakening that lives on today, a leap from believing without proof to knowing with evidence

Simple...
He will be the odd one in the synagogue.
Think about it:
Jesus was Orthodox and Jewish, so a church would seem foreign to him. He will probably opt for the trice daily prayer services at an Orthodox synagogue...

We Christians have God's Holy Spirit within us and God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are One, so we will know immediately.

Jesus will not return in the flesh he will return in the spirit, but don't worry when that happens many religions even in mainstream christendom will be stripped naked and exposed of their apostasy. Their will be mass conversions but it will be too late. Just like in the days of Noah many will ignore the message until it is too late.

Who is to say that he is not already here.
People whom claim their faith healers and those that claim to be healed by them not part of gods healing.
have we put so much stock in to jesus that we have no more responsibility to our self.
over 2000 years have passed, have we not yet heard the message.
