Basically, your sympthetic nervous system activates when you're required to be alert, or when you're nervous. Afterward, your parasympathetic nervous system activates as you go into rest. So it is completely normal and natural to feel tired afterward. You've just spent the last 3 hours dosing your body with chemicals and now your body is recoving. : )

It is mentally tiring to give a speech of that length so it's understandable. You are concentrating on not making mistakes and keeping yourself looking composed. Your body is doing more than you realise.

She could be high-quality. yet for her well being you may take her in to get checked because you didnt describe how she fell( on decrease back on area or on head). you're no longer the 1st and purely parent to be drained and have the toddler fall of the mattress. She seems high-quality yet you wont end feeling accountable till you're one hundred% shes ok. Which I doubt she fell on her head because she fell asleep and has awakened. next time (optimistically no longer) if this happens back please save the newborn up for no less than a million hr. then wake her each quarter-hour. that could desire to tell you that this has ensue to me and that's what my pediatrican cautioned. desire that i became of a few help.

I doubt it. Public speaking is very stressful, so you are just probably mentally tired. Take you a nap or just relax with friends over a nice dinner. If this continues to happen, check with your dr.
