I'm a pastry chef and work in Restaurant "Les Flots" in La Rochelle, France. A very nice reataurant.

Hi, I work on a nile cruise in Egypt. Pastry, a very interesting and challenging assignment, actually I think of it as a combination of art and science - getting the right taste in pastry has always been a paradox for me. I am more into general local cooking.
