what sort of steak, try this little recipe for a steak dinner

a good steak cut from the rib of beef
a large onion four field mushrooms

sear the steak, add salt and pepper
wrap the steak mushrooms and quatered tomatoes in a double layer of tin foil, place in a preheated oven for 30 mins have the heat fairly high.
whilst the steak is cooking wash and prepare your favourie salad
i have this with a baked potato and salad bliss. you do not need marinade, the beef steak is the best for flavour. L;F

I don't usually bother to marinade at all. Instead a light coat of adolfs seasoned tenderizer, garlic powder, salt and a little soy sauce baked at 350, turning often. Comes out with a very pleasant taste, and tender. Serve with: chopped onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic, canned mild peppers, a small jalopeno sauteed in extra virgin olive oil. (seasoned salt and a little soy sauce kicks the taste up nicely)

I may try this,
Marinade your steak with sweat-sour orage, add little pieces of pienapple, honey, pepper & soys sauce for at least 4 hours.
1 pound (Steak)
6 sweat-sour orage or sweat lemons
2 thin slice of pineapple
1 tbs honey
1 tbs pepper
1/4 soy sauce

First, rephrase your question; use butt instead. It won't get censored by the internet gestapo. Next, try a rub. You don't have to marinate it a long time b4, and it is less messy.
