Can I have a training of FESS under some European ENT Consultant?

I am an ENT Surgeon(M.S) from INDIA.But my qualification fetches me less salary than those who have English qualification.That is why I want to have a European training course or fellowship in ENT to my C.V.
I am prepared to work and pay for the training.

what about going to europe, take the plabs and try to get into an ENT fellowship, good luck
