I used to do Tae Kwon Do, but I go to the gym three times a week, go swimming and do a form of Krav Maga...

So, what, if anything, do you do???

My baseline maintenance workouts have been:

Monday - dynamic stretching, lifting for chest and shoulders, 30 minutes incline treadmill
Tuesday - Jiu-jitsu for two hours
Wednesday - lifting for back and biceps, 30 minutes incline treadmill
Thursday - Jiu-jitsu for two hours
Friday - lifting for legs and triceps, 30 minutes incline treadmill
Saturday - 90 minutes of yoga
Sunday - play

Of course, abs are every day.

Aloha

I'm 42 and I find that Tae Kwon Do is the best all round exercise for me.
I've been practising for a few years now and I am much trimmer
and fitter than in my 30's.
I choose non-contact Tae Kwon Do mostly as I cannot afford
to have down time due to injury.
Occasionally I pad up for contact sparring near grading time
as it is a necessary to perform on the day to go up a grade.

Still trying to find out how to change my lifestyle to deal with a full time job together with children and husband, but... since I don't have much time left to REALLY exercise, I take a liquid vitamin/mineral/antioxidant supplement that helps me get enough nutrition and gives me a lot of energy to keep on the go. I like the liquid vitamin better over tablets since the body doesn't have to spend too much time digesting it and it reaches into your body's cells. So there you have it, a liquid nutritional supplement that helps me manage my diet, which in turn helps me keep pretty much healthy and in shape.

I try to watch what i eat. I am still learning to eat more smaller meals. I have actually been losing weight the more I eat. Of course I eat healthy things. But not eating right helps keep any bad fat on you. I also try to stay active. I don't like organized work outs like the treadmill or bike. I do activities that don't make me think that I am working out. Like tennis, basketball or my favorite walking through the mall.

I do a combination of kick-boxing, pilates, jogging along the harbour and power walking to work (usually because I'm late...).

I tend to also keep fit by going shopping with friends and travelling to adventure places with people (because we are always seeing sights).
