mytravel airlines?

has anyone been on a long haul flight with mytravel if so can you please tell me what are they like for long haul can you help

Really bad!!! I flew Glasgow to Orlando Sanford last year with them and will never fly with them again.

We booked a disbled room and asked for Premair Gold but were told there was no Premair Gold. We were told we could have extra legroom even though I am disabled.

Got to the airport. Flight delayed. Told we couldn't sit in extra legroom and could now UPGRADE to Premair Gold. We had to purchase the Premair Gold seats on top of our extra legroom seats. We did. Flight was delayed by 8 hours and we were glad we did. That was until we found out that the delay meant a new plane was needed and that was why Premair Gold was now available. So they knew that when they sold us the tickets they were going to put random people from ecomony in there for free and that is what they did. We got kicked all the way there and I had no sleep.

We then had to take days out of our holiday to chase up people that were supposed to call us back, etc and had to pay more for Premair Gold on the way back. They gave one of our meals way to someone who was supposed to be in economy, which we payed for multipe times and then when we got home it took a year to get a refund for the extra legroom seats (that we obviously didn't use) and not even an apology or any other guesture for the way we were treated.

So, if you can avoid MyTravel, I advise that you do.

We travelled with them to Florida , and it was fine , we didn't
the extra leg room , the journey was about eight hours , the space we had was adequate, as was the service.

I can tell you in Jan.. flying with them to the Maldives.. supposed to have good leg room (not like Monarch)
