For about 2 yrs I have been having a problem with numbness in my fingers on one or both hands. Also in my right wrist. Is this caused from poor blood circulation or possibly from something else?Is this a serious condition or is anyone else experiencing this? I seem to experience this most of the time at night when I am in a light sleep.

stop sleeping on your hands, you're cutting off circulationto you hands. Your body needs blood to survive, and the blood needs oxygen.

I'm sure Jim that you too smoke like me. LOL

Also, you are a person who likes to keep yourself awake in the nights and hardly sleepin the morning.

This definitely happens due to poor blood circulation.

Well, it might not be serious now, however, in the future it can really cause you a lot of damage.

Either you develop a habit of sleeping during nights and avoid smoking.

I was having this problem too. I sleep on my arms and I am pretty sure it is an accumulation of position and poor circulation.
