I have read somewhere that putting a soft ball (tennis ball size) under your chin and squashing it down into to you chest helps reduce a double chin you need to do it everyday for while to see any results or if you can afford you could have surgery but I would try exercises first. Good luck

I easily have this comparable difficulty. each and every time I earnings weight my face is the 1st place it is going and the 1st place I lose. only start up with a easy workout approximately 10-quarter-hour the different day. do no longer bypass overboard! consume a nicely balanced meal thrice an afternoon. make certain you drink an excellent form of water, consume an excellent form of vegetables and fruit, take a diet. you need to work out ends up in approximately 3 weeks. stable luck! It takes time yet wait and notice!
