I went to the gym on last week and used the treadmill, leg press, hip abductor, leg strecthes, and my own personal squats. On this past weekend my bottom right butt cheek is sore and causing me to limp. For all you fittness people do you know what I did wrong. I am a newbie to the gym as well.

Wow! That is a workout! For a newbie you need to start off light.
Only workout one body part 20-30 min a week (for each body part; Arms, chest, legs, etc.). Do that for two weeks, after you get over the two week hump then You can push it up to 30-45 min.

As for your problem, take a break on the legs. When it is time for leg workouts go real light.

STRETCHING. Google stretching exercises. It is very very important to stretch afterwards, more so than prior.
