The fact that you and M have been on and off should be a sign, especially considering she was seeing someone else until now. Granted I don't know her, but from what little you've said about her, she sounds like drama. It almost seems to me like she decided to come around when she was having problems. I am sorry the guy hit her, but this Q is about you. My advice would be to restrict your relationship with M to friends only and persue things with A. If you and M haven't been able to hold a solid, consecutive relationship, that just might be a sign that you weren't meant to have one.
And if you do decide to go for A, don't let M bat her eyelashes at you and have you wrapped all over again. Have the respect for yourself to say that you want to be in a relationship where you both know you want to be together, rather than the on and off again routine.

The only reason girlfriend M is in the picture is because her current boyfriend is treating her badly. She decided when she left you that you weren't for her, that she didn't love you and that she was moving on. The only reason that she is coming to you is because she knows that she can use you for her own means. She sounds seriously mixed up. Yes you love her, and still have feelings for her, but are things going to be different? She is the same person that she was when she left you. Go with girlfriend A, if she's so divine and wonderful then why are you even thinking about it. Don't let girlfriend A just assume she can have you back whenever she fancies it. She won't think twice leaving you again for another guy. Girlfriend A has done nothing against you.
But at last, the heart does things that don't make sense. So you have to figure out, even if Girlfriend M isn't the best for you, that doesn't mean that you don't love her. But are you willing to get your heart broken again?

you cant love 2 people the same way. Why did you break up in the first place? Do you want to get back with her? Just follow your heart coz you love one more than the other. Is it because you had sex that you now developed the old flame or its been there?
Just answer those questions and you'll make up your mind.

Relax sit back and evaluate both situations
give it time
talk to both girls tell them the truth whats going on and that you need space and time to think
(m) should be be able to really understand this since you must have relation problems to begin with..and u have to realize that this will probably always be an on and off freindship with misses (m)

dude i think you just answered this your self you love "M" but you only like "A" you are trying to convince yourself that you like her by saying why you like her but it doesn't compare to love.... "M" maybe on the rebound but if you love her yourll support her what Eva she does.... unless she treats you like dirt....
