Iron-on a large patch inside your jeans, on each side where your thighs rub, when you buy them. You can also buy easy fit jeans that are not tight on your thighs. If you are rubbing them that hard, you don't need to buy the tight ones anyways, the looser ones will look alot better. Good Luck!

I had the same problem. curves make you rub your thighs together. a good thing I did was wash my jeans after every wear. something about wearing them multiple times without washing them made them wear out faster.

Try losing some serious weight! if your thighs rub together while you walk, that's a wake up call! Hello! they aren't supposed to rub together!!!
