By oral sex ....no. But, if semen is inserted into your goods...lol, in anyway, then yes. But, in order to get pregnant semen must come in contact with the vagina. Oral sex, its not possible, so dont worry bout that. Remember, sperm can live up to 48 hours after beinh ejactulated, So if your not using protection, be careful.
