When she was halfway through college, he was just delivered out of his mother. I find that disturbing. When the guy graduates college, she's having her midlife crisis.
I've always felt as though I would choose an older men. Men tend to be mature later. Older men would be at the same (more or less) maturity level as I am at. The marriage might have problems because different maturity levels can be difficult.
They would also have different friends. And different age zones. There would be times where people would mistake the boy for the son and the woman for the mother. Some would not believe that they are actually dating.
I feel as though it is a bad idea to pursue a long term relationship with a person 20 years away from your age. They would also not be able to have a biological child.

Yeh i dont think it would work out. It would be ok if it was a temporay thing but sooner or later, the man would want to settle down and possibly start a family. The woman would probably be close to her menopause and having children at that age or so would have alot more complications. Needs would not be fulfilled, vice versa. Also the needs of the woman and her interests are far from what the man can manage.... he probably need time to handle himself first.

what about it? tell us more, what is the question? I think it's fine, but obviously isn't going to work out since they will be at different stages in their lives. They will want different things, the 48 year old will be settled and done with the family and career bit. The 28 year old will probably be either still bachelor life like and into his career or ready to have kids. It'll never work out, but the relationship can be used as a learning time.

at first there probally won't be to much different showing up..as you will probally be experiancing lots of sexual feelings..but as time goes on..if you decide to stay with this person, and you fall in love with this person..there will be different idea's that will show up..you will experianc that you aren't on the same page..it can work out if you both realize the differents in the age thing..it's not really the age different, it's the maturaty thing in the mind..blessings.
