The traditional prayer to the Holy Spirit.
Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful
and kindle in them the fire of your love.
Lord, send forth your spirit and they shall be created
and you will renew the face of the earth.

This could desire to be a checklist for the longest question on checklist. The shorterst prayer is: "help!" i'm an organization believer in following the Bible and Jesus in Matthew financial ruin six tells me that genuine prayer comes from the middle, not a e book. Prayer is, in spite of each little thing, chatting with God. Pastor artwork

The Bible has great ones! Here's one from Ephesians 3:16-19 (you could shorten it if you want)
"I pray that from God's glorious unlimited resources he will give you mighty inner strength through his Holy Spirit. And I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts as you trust in him. May your roots go down deep into the soil of God's marvelous love. And may you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high and how deep his love really is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is so great that you will never fully understand it. Then you will be filled with the fullness of life and power that comes from God." (New Living Translation)

Seriously, why would you think God would want to hear the same thing over and over again, how does it feel when kids repeat the same thing?...it drives you crazy!
How about saying a prayer from your heart. Thank him for the things you have, ask him for the things you need, not want and be sincere, it's amazing how good it feels to unload :)

These are some "sayings" that are particularly suited to Confirmation. With a little work, you can certainly convert them into prayers:
"Oils well that ends well!"
"Your reservation in Heaven has been Confirmed."
"Please give your name to the Bishop in order to claim your valuable free gifts."
"Confirmation in faith is Confirmation in THE faith."

Prayer is something that comes from the heart. Not something you copy and write down on paper. seek God, mean it from your heart. He will give you something to say.

Creator Spirit, strengthen this child with your gifts of grace, to love and serve as a disciple of Christ. Grant that s/he may grow into the fullness of the stature of Christ. Fill her/him with the joy of your presence. Increase in her/him the fruit of your Spirit: the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of love, patience and gentleness, the spirit of wonder and true holiness.
Amen.

I am sure that I can come up with some. It works better to pray from your heart if you can do that rather than read someone else's words.
