knowing that I'm on meds, my ex would create an issues out of nowhere and threathen to put me in an institution. I'm not psychotic or dysfuctional, all I did was call up my ex colleagues!!! Some times, there would be a fight and when he ran out of excuses, he'll bring up the institution thing. I'm so sick I told him that's the end of our friendship. What kind of monster would wish their friend or loved ones to be in an asylum?

He is your EX and has no control over you! Stay away from him and keep him out of your life! I am only kidding but you could say that sometimes CRAZY people can get mad enough to KI:LL an EX!

Well, he is a evil bastard. But , he obviously knows how to push your buttons. You have in some way empowered him and let him have some sort of control over you. You need to take that back and get him out of your life. File a restraining order and move on to brighter things.

I think he was just lashing out and there is certailny no excuse. Don't worry he can't do anything to you, he is all talk. He is immature to have sunk to that level. You are right not to bother with him, he is malicious and vindictive and you don't need people like that in your life. Take care : )

Forget about him telling you about sending you to an institution--I think his bigger offense is calling your collegues and talking to them about you. Luckily, I am sure most of them saw it as the lame pathetic gesture of a desperate loser and did not think any the less of you.
