I just started exercing to get really nice thighs so I do like 30 aquats a night.
But after I finish doing them my thigh(muscel) feels sore is this normal?
Or did I pull a muscel..? Why is this?
And is there any way for me to make it feel better...like massaging it or doing somthing?...

PLEASE do not listen to Jacky!

Working through the pain is a very bad idea and can lead to injury. Listen to your body. If you are just getting started in your exercise program 30 may be too much for you. Try cutting back to 20 and adding a couple more squats every few days until you reach a number you are comfortable with.

The pain you are feeling is from lactic acid build-up and is a by-product of muscle metabolism, but too much usually means you are over-doing it. The other thing you should do is drink LOTS of water to help flush the lactic acid out of your body more quickly. If you wake up kind of sore from your previous day's workout, do a "few" squats SLOWLY to help warm up the muscles. Massage is also good.

Good luck to you.

No, you didn't pull a muscle. Soreness after exercise is normal, especially if you are new to exercising, which it sounds like you are.

Give it a day or two and you'll find the micro-damage that you have done will take care of itself (which is the source of your pain / discomfort). As you do more squats (over time) you'll find the muscle soreness to diminish.

Basically rest and a soak in a tub will help your muscle soreness. If it is really bad, take an anti-inflamatory like Aleve or Tylenol. But you can probably tough it out... it'll diminish over time.

Good luck.

u will not get nice thighs by doing only 30 squats a night. it will have no affect on you whatsoever. u have pain cos your muscles re completely not used to any physical activities. u have to do more exercises no matter how much pain u have

Out of shape, not use to exercise.
