It's cranberry. And blueberry is good too. Also drink 4 to 6 ounces of water each waking hour. Drink green tea, drink lemon water, drink, drink, drink!
Be sure to eat yogurt with active cultures to avoid yeast infection if you take antibiotics for the UTI.

Well cranberry juice is the best choice, there is something in it that helps your tract. If you can't drink it because of some reason, than at least drink 6 , 8 ounces glasses of water a day.
It will bloat you, buy you will release the toxins. If that doesn't work Biaxin, ( an antibiotic) can help. It depends if you are peeing blood. A sign of a bad one that needs antibiotics. If the water doesn't help, then please contact your doctor
