I think the baggie might make them moister and grow mold. Isn't a humidor ment to be the perfect way to keep your cigars from drying out or growing mold anyway? Why put them in a baggie too?

keping your cigars in a baggie in your humidor, shouldn't effect your cigars much, keep in mind, most cigars are wrapped in cellophane anyway. Those baggies and the cello allow moisture in and out, so I wouldnt be too concerned about it.

As I alway reccomend, BUY BOVEDA PACKS!! these are the best invention ever and they will keep your humidor very consitant..They are a 2 way system...they dispell moisture when needed and absorb moisture when needed, they are like $4 bucks or so, and are the best things ever...

FYI, i wouldnt feed your humidor any lettuce, it's not a rabbit, and all that does is intoduce mold growing bacteria into your humidor...

I have over 5,000 cigars and smoke 4-5 a day, i tend to know what i am talking about.

sure. You will be isolating the cigars from the humid environment created by the humidor.
