It all depends on the relationship....is it changable....how much time is she spending with you if its alot shes probably just waiting for you to give in and make the first move....you can tell if shes feeling you cant you...im sure you can tell if she is returning all those feelings that your giving her.....try it what do you have to lose.....L

give her a card & mention all your feeling in it. do add roses to it.

go talk to her like you do casually, then tell her your true feelings but you should maintain eye contact with her while telling her everything. girls stress a lot on eye contact. they feel if you cannot have eye contact may be you're faking it. but then too take a bunch of fresh red roses.

if she ejects your advances then don't just break your friendship but never ever think of trying again to make her your girlfriend.

She sounds a useful cow very nicely... Be ordinary along with her and your female chum which you do not deserve that form of treatment. If she maintains and your female chum does not something or believes her chum over you, i could get out mutually as you nevertheless have your balls.
