I've just come back from a short break in Wales. THe road signs are a nightmare.

Before you're finished reading LLandyrystlldryynllrdgogogoth you've past the sign and don't know whether to turn off or not!

I know that Araf means slow because its painted all over the road, but that's the limit of my Welsh

I get bad catarrh at this time of year too. Only joking. I know the first word and the second to last word pertain to Wales and that the fourth word means people but I can't answer your question on that basis. Sorry.

i can speak welsh only cos i lived on anglesey for about 21 yrs and i have tto say i would never go back there to live unless i was forced to!! horrible place.
