There is absolutely no relevance in eating cheese and getting dreams. It is all just myth.

You can take lot of cheese depending on your body structure anytime. It is better to avoid it before going to sleep as it is somewhat hard to digest and also constipate. Generally people having constipation should avoid chees.

Not only is it possible that eating cheese before bedtime gives you vivid dreams, but the type of cheese you choose can determine how vivid the dreams are.

Palpable nonsense and an old spouse's tale.... i admire extra mature to solid cheese and extremely usually have on toast before going to mattress... to no ill result. aims are your 'pc-database' . once you're in deep-sleep , you're practically ineffective and paralysed. REM status kicks in a pair of million hour before you awaken.... that's the time as quickly as we dream. Our aims are concepts from our lives yet 'scrambled up' and extremely usually make no consious experience. Cheese would not make any distinction to aims.

I think it's true, i know it sounds stupid but i have a nightmare every time i eat cheese before bed time. I was telling my friend about this a few nights ago as she was making a cheese sandwich before she went to bed. She didn't believe it but when she went to sleep she had a dream that her sister had God's child. CHEESE DOES WEIRD STUFF!!
