Almost anywherehas to be better in my opinion, but that's not what counts. Why do you like Ibiza, clubs, drunkenss, fighting, poor behaviour, unwanted pregnancies, etc???
Most innercities provide this, or I'm sure you could find a sunlamp as well!!

I assume that you are going to Ibiza to party at the beach - why else would anyone go there.
It depends on how far you want to travel. The Full Moon Party in Koh Samui in Thailand rocks.

Mexico has some fab beaches plenty to do first class accommodation because the Americans demand good facilities.
