my girlfriend lied to me about her being pregnant told the whole town and now she says im insensitive cause i dumped her am i right or am i an a s s h o l e???

your just insensitive to her because she thinks it. and she sounds pretty dang crazy!!...no, anyone that does that crap is crazy!..
move on happily, and get a normal girl that isn't into that whole "well i'll just tell him i'm pregnant with his baby and he'll marry me" crap!
and if by any chance you come across one that does become pregnant... DNA test before you get suckered into anything... (some women blame the wrong man just to get the one she wants)

OK so I'm assuming that she's not pregnant. Despite what others here have said she is not the first girl that ever said that. I don't know if it's for attention or what. She must be pretty young and immature. I don't know how old you two are but if you want to have a relationship with her you need to maybe back off and just be friends and no sex. Maybe she will grow up and make a wonderful partner some day. But no you have every right to break up with her for any reason if you are not married to her.

Did she tell you she was pregnant and wasn't??? then you are in the rite.
is she pregnant and didn't tell you?? why would she do this. do you want to be a father. explain to her that you will be there for her as a friend and the baby as a father but you can't understand why she would keep it from you.
or was she pregnant and lost the baby and is the town just assuming she was never pregnant? you need to talk

I'd dump her for it aswelll jesus she shouldn't lie about a thing like that!! if you still love her then maybe you can give her another chance but she sounds like she needs some sort of help...if anyone in your town says anything tell them it has nothing to do with them or tell them the truth! but don't go back to her!

Why did she fake her pregnancy is the what bothers me here and not necessarily why she voluntarily spread the news in town that she was by you.
It appears to me that she may be suffering some kind of Mental Illness that needs to be attended too!

If it were the other way around and men tricked women.Women would have changed the laws to protect them from men who wanted to poop out a 10lbs baby......Laws are meant to be changed.......

Well, it depends I suppose. Are you sure she was lying?..Maybe she thought she really was pregnant. Of course that doesn't excuse her telling the whole town of it!.
But if she really was lying..that is pretty skanky of her, and shows she is not trustworthy..so, no, you weren't wrong to dump her for it.
