Diet and lifestyle have a huge effect on libido.

If you are deficient in zinc, for example, your libido plummets.

If you eat healthily and exercise regularly and you are still experiencing this problem then see your doctor to rule out possible hormone imbalances.

The problem could also be depression - which is the mother of all libido killers!

Or, perhaps you are not with the right partner?

I assume you either meant, "How can I improve my sexual desire?" Or "Why can't I improve my sexual desire?"

In eigther case there are factors to take into account. Diet and excercise? Are you on any medications that have sexual side effects? Do you masturbate too often? Not enough? Do you employ the use of new and interesting things in your sex life?
