No I dont believe God is a spirit. To worship the Father in spirit means that God cannot tell a lie, Those born of the spirit are not able to lie. God, the Father, Christ who was the Word, and the Holy Ghost which all proceeds from the Father through Christ our Lord and Saviour.

Any Christian that answers this will say yes, myself included. We believe that God the Holy Spirit is here with us leading and guiding us. That having been said I believe that God is a spirit even in Heaven. Not to get all propaganda or anything but God is all-knowing, all-seeing and all-powerful. It makes sense to think of God as a spirit which pervades everything.
