Any drink ideas to go with the meal would be good too!

Hi
If you have no oven why not try a pot roast?
lt's easy!!
1 onion
2-3 carrots
1 rib of celery ( 1 stalk)
1 tbsp. oil
31/2 lb. chunck roast
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp.dried thyme
1 bay leaf
Cut onion, carrots and celery into 2 inch chunks. Heat oil
in a large pot over medium heat and brown meat on all sides,
about 15 minutes. Remove meat. Add vegetables to pot and
cook untill golden brown, about 10 minutes. Return meat to
pot and add 1 cup of water, 2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, the
thyme and bay leaf. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low;
simmer covered until tender, about 2 1/2 hrs. Turn meat
occasionally. Remove meat to a platter and cover loosely
with foil to keep warm. Skim fat from juices and make a gravy.
This dinner also goes well with a nice bottle of black opal wine.
Hope this helps.

Having no oven makes it a little tricky! Check out this page though:

You could allways have the oysters raw and pan fry the chateaubriand!

Enjoy!

If you can afford it go for a personal chef, that way you can enjoy it too.
