You may be experiencing panic attacks if your heart is pounding. Has something happened in your life recently that is prompting these feelings?
Most problems in life can be sorted out if you just open up and share them. Find someone to confide in and pour out your heart to them - a problem shared is a problem halved as the saying goes.
Please don't even consider suicide, it's just not an option! You must be feeling desperately unhappy if you are even entertaining the idea of ending your own life. We all have our ups and downs throughout life and sometimes we can't see any end to our problems but things WILL get better I promise!
The most important thing is to talk to someone... ANYONE! Don't bottle up your thoughts and feelings, you'll only make yourself feel a hundred times worse, I can guarantee that there will be loads of people in your life that want to help you, you just have to let them and, no, asking for help doesn't make you a failure - it's a strong person that recognises that they have a problem and seeks help for it.
Please don't suffer in silence! If you would like some impartial advice or just someone to vent your feelings to in complete confidence, then please get in touch with me via my blog. I have a lot of experience in dealing with depression etc and I'm sure I can help you through it.
Your life is far too important to throw away, people care about you and want to help - you CAN get better.

the first thing you should do is go and talk to somone... Someone who can give you advise on what to do... More along the lines of a psychiatrist, or psychologist. Once you start talking to them, quite often you can work out the root of the problem and figure out what you really need to do. You'll eventually find out what triggers your suicidal thoughts, and how to better deal and manuver around them. I know this well because I've been in that boat many times myself. Depression and suicide... But once you start talking to someone (and at first it wont be easy) but once you do that, things start to get better... and the more you talk, the quicker you get to the root of the problem... Sometimes these are things that can't be helped (i.e. a chemical imbalance in the brain) In which the doctor will prescribe you medication to counter that. (such as Prozac, Zoloft, etc.) The best thing to do though, is find someone who'll take the time and talk to you to see if there is a problem that can be fixed without medication... Because if the chemicals in your brain are fine, but they give you a prescription, it'll mess everything up and then you will become unbalanced. (that's what happened to me.) I felt good for like a few weeks, but then everything just started to feel really weird... Also, sometimes it takes a few times to get the right perscription and dosage too... What will work for you, would work completly different for me. So sometimes you have to trade medications for however long until you get the right one. And remember, there is nothing wrong with who you are. Some people (and this applies to pretty much everyone) starts to feel like this at some point or another... Some can deal with it, and others can't. I couldn't. but it has made me who I am today. So if you go and talk to someone, it should eventually start looking up. So good luck, and I hope that everything does work out for you.
Another thing you can do about te suicide... if you really start thinking about it, call somone immediatly... be it parents, friends, or even the hospital. go to the E.R. or talk to somone on the suicide hotline. Because it's better to go through it than to have anyone have to go through losing someone special to them. (And I know that one first hand too....) My best friend commited suicide. anyways. the suicide hotline is available 24/7 so if you feel the need.

The first thing you have to do is figure out the reason behind it all. I have suffered from depression now for eight years but despite it I have a family and a life, so there is hope. Managing it is the key. Once you have established the main problem perhaps I can help further.

First of all, call your doctor. Next, start looking up information on the internet. I have had depression for 14 years now and I find that I can do more for myself than a doctor could. The better you understand yourself, the better you can help yourself. Suicide is serious stuff. You should definitely talk to someone about it before you do something rash. People care about you.... take advantage of that. You just need a bit of help to get back on your feet and get going again.

You should consult a clinical psychiatrist as soon as possible. You will be okay in 3 months of treatment. But if you are not willing to see the doctor try taking Escitalopram 10 mg (Lexapro) a day in the morning. It takes more than 1 month to work.

You may feel depressed now. But eventually those feelings go away. When I get depressed I think is this really worth ending my life. And it is not. Just remember this too shall pass. Try living one minute at a time. And if you are severely depressed you can always go to a mental health dr and get some meds prescribed to you. Keep your head up!!!!!!

you need to contact a doctor especially if you are having thoughts of suicide there is a short list of questions that you can answer that will help your doctor to help you and will help you to be able to talk about your problems please dont be embarrassed to talk to a doctor there is nothing wrong with admitting that you have a problem in fact if you face your fears and ask for help you are a pretty smart brave person asking for help is much more courageous than hiding it and taking the chance of actually carrying out your thoughts good luck to you and i will say a prayer for you

Call for help today. You sound like you have a lot of stress and may even be depressed. Depression can haunt you forever if you let it. There are alot of understanding people who know what you are going through.
