well it takes a while to mend a broken heart.take it one day at a time and it will all work it self out.

Don't think about men. Just block them all out. Think about you. Think about your friends. Think about your family. Think about anything you want that doesn't involve romantic relationships. You're the most important person in your life, and reminding yourself of that will make you feel better.

Also, it helps to listen to a lot of angry rock music. But don't bother eating Ben and Jerry's for hours on end, or some such crap. That would just further prove my theory that we shouldn't have boyfriends because of how fattening they are.

Time is a healer. Also remember that by finding a new love your heart will sometimes automatically heel. Just don't give up!

i've found going to a gym or some form of exercise helps a lot.. it makes you feel better about yourself and releases hormones in the brain that clear things up in your head.. plus there's lots of people to get to know! =] it's tough.. but you'll get through it.. there's always a light at the end of the tunnel..

Tell yourself its over and U need to live on. Start to go out with friends. Esp parties, u need lots of friends now.
