i am making truffles and i make them using different ingredients and make them lots of flavours. i then coat them in choc. i am selling them to businesses and i need a name! I was thinking something like Donz Delites after my name, but thought that was corny. Any ideas??

Melt about 6 to 8 oz. milk chocolate with 1 tablespoon shortening. Insert toothpicks into the truffles and dip into the melted chocolate. Truffles can also be rolled in coconut or powdered sugar. Both taste pretty good.

Donnets (your logo could be a line of various colored truffles in a kick line like the Rockettes) If they are all chocolate covered a touch of the inner filling could be peeking out and flavor names listed beneath each.
