The Chinese don't cook curries so maybe that's why you cant find a recipe
They do cook very spicy food in Sichuan, Shaanxi and Hunan provinces but it is mainly chilli's and not spices like cumin
Try searching the names of these places for recipes, Sichuan is the most famous

Hi Oskar
This recipe is called curried chicken:
1-21/2 lbs. fryer chicken
4 tbsp. curry powder
1 cup tomatoes, finely cut
1 cup onions
1 cup celery
1 tsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1 cup water
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. accent
1 cup water
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Heat 2 tbsp. of peanut oil
in a skillet until it smokes. Add a little salt. Add chicken and
saute for l minute. Add celery, and onions and stir for 1 minute.
While mixing add tomatoes, pepper, soys sauce and accent.
Add 1 cup of water and then the curry, vinegar and sugar.
Cover with a lid and simmer for at least 10 minutes. Skim
any excess fat off the top. Add enough of the starch solution
to thicken the water like gravy. serve.
Although this dish is done after 10 minutes, the curry will have
a sharp taste. The curry will taste smooth and mild if it is
simmered up to 1/2 hour. lf this is done, an additional 3/4 cup
of water must be added to allow for evaporation.
For other curry dishes substitute chicken for beef, shrimps etc
lf you like hot curry, add 1/2 tsp. chili powder.
Hope this helps.

Chinese cuisine isn't noted for using hot spices. Try looking up Sichuan recipes. Sichuan is in western China close to India. I mostly cook Sichuan style when I cook 'Chinese' food.

Get your self along to a Chinese supermarket, they sell a range of sauces and paste's, just add the meat, alternatively they sell all the various ingredients for making your own sauce. Good Luck !
