OK other than going into a cubicle to take care of myself any other suggestions?

I know how you feel. I can get a bit excited at times but the only curefor it is to get on a do some work. if that is not possible email someone who may be in the same boat and will have the time to send you some good hot steamy emails back.

the bathroom, office supply room, file room, under ur desk, with a co-worker or three, in your career in the parking lot at lunch
behind the office building, the lunchroom, meeting room, board room table, hmmmm i can think of a few more places

Go before you go to work, then again when you get home... you might be able to hold out that way. You could buy mal balls...
