Is this my fault?
people hate me, my teachers teases me.they say go here and there, bring chair, gets notes from first floor all these gives me pain. i am not like normal people but i hardly could manage.sometimes i get so much depressed.they cut my marks.
say your not active .if i were not disable then i would have worked like my fellows.
they usually do such things only to tease me. make me feel that you can not do it. leave college
leave studies.
they laugh at me
i pray but to no avail
i have no friend they think i will put my whole burden on them ,infact i am doing my own work.
what to do.
my group members put whole burden of assignments on me and they do nothing but get marks of what they do nothing.they put whole pressure of assignments on me this time too i got very bad marks, they worked hard but destroy my future.i complaint to teacher but teacher said you have to complete your group assignment at any cost despite to warn my group members
their work is to enjoy .

I think it's a crime to use a disablity to garner special favor or attention. I also think it's a crime to use a disability as a cop out.
If you are disabled and you are asked to do things against your disability - I'm wondering why you allow that. What's wrong with saying "no"?
I am disabled with arthritis.
It limits my functionality - but not my ability.

Firstly, being disabled is not ur fault, God has also given u a good talent, natural gift - maybe a good voice to sing better than others, or u can draw very well, search ur talents- that is ur biggest gift which God has bestowed on u. Forgive & forget all who hurt u, just ignore all that they say or do, but concentrate on ur own life. There must be some very good students in ur group who will definitely co-operate with u in finishing group assignments. Pray to God daily and speak to God when u are feeling sad. I can understand ur feelings of hurt, this happens sometimes to even other persons, win the confidence of ur teachers by finishing class assignments along with the group, and study well and score good marks. Be very positive even in this difficult situation, keep smiling, enjoy ur work, try to feel happy even if it is daily sunrise or sunset that u watch, but try to feel happy in taking walks, listening to music, etc.

I'm disabled also and I know your pain.I was hurt in a work related accident and can barely walk.I've been in therapy for almost a year and it's not going to get any better.People treat me like **** also and it hurts like only you would know.I see a councilor twice a week to talk about this and she helps me allot. You need someone you can let it all out to so that you can begin to get past this and move on. Remember that when your studies are over you will have the knowledge that that you earned while the others wont have di*k to there credit. You stick to it and persevere at all costs.

In the United States schools must make reasonable accomodations for people with disabilities. If you are in the US, you can speak to the head of the school about this if the teachers are not making proper accomodations.
It sounds to me like you are not in the US. Unfortunatly many countries in the world look down upon disabled people, failing to realize that some people, though disabled, will thrive and make contributions to society with the proper accomodations.
You could try sitting down with your instructor and explaining the problem and you can also try speaking to your parents about this as sometimes parents have more clout.

be patient.
try to find the positive side of it.
i am not adisable but i've experienced working with many of disable guys and gals.
i think the term disable is cruel cause i highly regard them.
they are sincere, honest, seldom talk bad about people, cheerful.
people just dont know u i think..... in my place we love to be friends with everybody..i think this relates to the upbringing of a person and the society itself.
but one thing for sure u have done nothing wrong and remind yourself that this is only a test from god.....be patient and hopefully you will get the benefit latter in heaven,
insyaallah my friend.

I really feel for you. I am disabled too and I know exactly what you mean.
I think you should talk to your parents about this. You need them on your side and then tackle the college again. Also if there are any disabled organisations where you live get them on your side too. Show up the college for doing this.

I'd just go to my teacher's supervisor "the pricipal" in most cases. Tell him/her the story. If they do nothing... there is a "super intendant" in most cases... or the boss of the whole school district. Talk to them... take it as high as you need to if nobody will help you... then change schools... take what ever means you need to... but enjoy your school years. They don't last forever and you'll wish you'd done things better years down the line. Good luck kid.
