Hi Jenny
you could use a brown sugar glaze:
made up of
6 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup coconut or chopped walnuts etc.
or you could use whipping cream for a frosting which is
also a nice frosting. Hope this helps.
