Very simply chop up or grate your fave cheese, chop up some onions, mix, season and put into the pastry. If you want a different texture, try adding cheese and onion (chopped/grated) and some wholegrain mustard to some mashed potato, and stir in whilst heating, then use that as the filling. Leek goes well with that too!

Filling:
50 g (2 oz) butter
225 g (8 oz) onions, thinly sliced
3 medium eggs, hard boiled
25 g (1 oz) Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tsp Schwartz Season-All Simply Shake Seasoning
1/2 tsp Schwartz Dill
1/2 tsp Schwartz Paprika
A little beaten egg for glazing
