My mum has taken some photo's but she needs to cut some things out of them. If anyone could help I would be really thankfull

Not in Yahoo...
But try Google's Picasa...
It's a good tool for cropping and touching up snaps

Paint.net is a great free program, developed by uni students working alongside Microsoft. Its got loads of tools and is easy to learn.
Remind your Mum to work on a copy of her photo's, not the originals! Keep those in a safe place.

A good (free) photo editor is IrfanView. irfanview.com

Yes, as above. try rival Googles Picassa, excellent FREE program.

no not in yahoo,not yet anyway! but you can download a freeware program called Irfanview to edit your pictures.
