Nobody had surnames back then, it was usually just "[First name], Son of [Father's Name]" or "[First name], Daughter of [Mother's Name]". Obviously it was in their own language. In Russian the surnames ending in -ovitch means "Son of - " so Ivanovitch would be Son of Ivan.
*ahem* anyway, both Yahweh/Jehovah and Allah didn't have surnames.

It is said if you read out-loud the first 6 books of Moses in the original language you will say the name of God.
This is to say to know the name of God is be able to control God. So we don't know the name of God.

It depends on how you see him to be. The Creator - Redeemer of the Bible went by a lot of names, depending on how people needed him at the time.
