I agree with you just as your about to leave its pours down you get soaked and the minute your back home the sun shines!!! I don't know why?? but I'm glad someone else thinks the same lol

IT does not! your exaggerating i live in the south of France and i have never heard my nannie COMPLAINING about such trivia when picking my children up once a fortnight from boarding school. as soon as i land in the Seychelles in about 1 hours time i will get my butler to telephone my nannies private secetary and ask her i am sure im right though.are you one of those working class people thingys
