Maybe take some interest in some of the things that person likes. Its all a matter of does this person know you? If not then introduce yourself and strike up a conversation maybe starting with a compliment. Women love compliments although sometimes we act like we don't. If the person knows you, maybe make your attraction noticable. Flirt a little and watch the reaction they could be feeling the same way but are afraid to tell you as well.

There r various ways of displaying ur attraction. It can be in the way of ur approach or in the body language.
The approach refer to how u make the opening lines, mind u grlz like men to approach hem selves, but the opening line has to be a "SIXER" . Don't be too formal or too friendly. Make them feel wanted but show that u r also some gre tand confident guy. Do compliment them, but dont project that they are drop dead beauty and u r already "Clean Bowled" else there is no fun for them.
Now, Body language is the eye contact, ur posture, ur dressing, etc... Her duration of eye-contact, posture after eye-contact, number of glances given after eye-contact and her head movement, way of straightening her dress or hair,etc...
U hav to learn all these, and then approach. It cannot be done on net in single sitting, buddy!

You should just take a chance and tell them, the worse thing that could happen is they tell you they're already spoken for. If you don't say anything, then think about what you might have missed out on. Good Luck.

Do things that will attract the people's attention to you and always use eye contact to send the massage.

Well, I tend to be attentive to the person I really like, but I don't overdo it. They may sense it and take advantage- or worse- you'd look very desperate to have their attention!
Be sweet, smile at the right time, listen to what he/she is saying. (",)

i would look into the persons eyes often- i mean- to ahve an eye contact and would spend most of the time beign with thsat person and smile often whenever the person is around!
